Ripe blackberry and plum lead, with a crack of black pepper and a wisp of smoke. Vanilla oak sits underneath, soft and sweet.
Palate
Full bodied and rounded, the dark fruit rolls in first, plum and berry, then pepper and smoke. Tannins are soft, acidity keeps it lively, vanilla oak wraps the finish.
Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
