How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve this Shiraz slightly chilled, around 55 to 60 degrees, in a stemless glass or a small tumbler. A couple of ice cubes won't hurt on a warm day and will keep the sweetness in check. No decanting needed. Open it 15 minutes before pouring to let the fruit settle.
