How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve it a touch below room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl glass so the pepper and fruit have room. No decanting needed, just pour and let it sit a minute. If you chill it too much the fruit goes quiet, so take it out of the fridge a half hour ahead.
