Nose
Golden raisin and honeyed citrus first, then a soft wave of vanilla and toffee, with a faint echo of warm oak underneath.
Palate
Medium full and rounded, almost creamy. Dried fruit and toffee lead, then gentle spice and malt sweetness. Oak stays in the background, never grippy. A touch of orange peel lifts the middle.
Finish
Lingers easily, warm and clean. Raisin and soft spice fade slowly, leaving a balanced malt glow.
How to serve and what to pour it with
