Nose
Warm honey and toasted barley first, then soft pear and green apple, a faint almond note, and a thread of oak spice sitting behind it all.
Palate
Round and slightly oily in the mouth, honeyed malt up front, orchard fruit in the middle, toasted cereal and a gentle cinnamon and clove warmth building toward the back.
Finish
Medium long, drying gently, with the malt sweetness fading into soft spice and a last echo of toasted grain.
