How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at cellar temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl Zinfandel glass. No decanting needed, but a short rest in the glass opens the pepper and oak. If it feels hot, chill the bottle fifteen minutes. Pour generous glasses, this is a big wine.
