How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at about 60 to 65 degrees, just below room temperature, in a wide bowl so the ripe fruit and pepper have room to open. No decanting needed; a few minutes in the glass softens it. If it feels hot on a warm evening, a brief chill in the fridge does it good.
