Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve it a touch below room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl glass so the pepper and fruit have room to open. No decanting needed, but a short swirl helps. If you cellar it cool, let the bottle sit out fifteen minutes before pouring. Great with a slight chill on a hot day.
