Nose

Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at cellar temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl glass so the pepper and smoke have room. No need to decant, but a half hour open helps. If it feels tight, a quick swirl does more than a splash of water.
