Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at about 60 to 65 degrees, slightly below room temperature. Use a standard Bordeaux glass so the fruit has room to open. No decanting needed, but a quick pour and a few minutes in the glass helps. If you chill it, let it warm back up, as cold mutes the cherry and plum.
