Palate
Medium to full bodied, smooth and rounded. Blackberry and plum lead, mocha chimes in midpalate, soft tannins keep it easy, gentle acidity holds it together.
Finish
Medium length, fading with plum and a whisper of mocha. Clean and easy.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve slightly below room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a standard cabernet glass. No decanting needed, but a quick pour and a minute of air softens it further. For a large format, keep the second half stoppered in the fridge and let it warm back up before pouring.
