Nose
Cooked agave leads, sweet and slightly earthy, then vanilla and a light toasted oak note drift up behind it.
Palate
Round and lightly oily in the mouth. Agave sweetness hits first, caramel and soft vanilla follow, and a gentle oak spice warms the middle without turning bitter.
Finish
Medium length, drying a touch, with caramel fading into warm cinnamon and faint oak.
How to serve and what to pour it with
