Nose
Cooked agave syrup first, soft and sweet, with a light vanilla and toasted oak edge behind it, plus a faint warm cinnamon note.
Palate
Round and gentle on entry, agave sweetness carries through, then barrel softens it with vanilla and a light baking spice warmth. Low heat, smooth texture, easy sipping.
Finish
Mellow and fairly short, leaving sweet agave and a whisper of oak that fades clean, not sticky.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Pour neat in a small tulip glass at room temperature to let the agave and oak show. A single ice cube softens the spice if you want it rounder. For a simple cocktail, use it where the agave should still lead, and skip heavy mixers that bury the barrel notes.
