La Medida Mezcal Espadin 750mL is an eloquent introduction to traditional Oaxacan mezcal, distilled in small copper stills by maestro mezcalero Ismael Ramirez in the hills of Ejutla, Oaxaca. Using only mature, sustainably harvested Espadin agave, the hearts are slow-roasted for days in an earthen pit, milled by tahona, and naturally fermented in open air wooden vats, capturing the wild yeasts of the valley. The result is a crystal-clear spirit that balances alluring smoke with vibrant, garden-fresh agave sweetness.
