Rye spice jumps out first, then caramel and vanilla soften it, with a faint toasted oak edge and a whisper of dried orange peel.

Palate

Medium bodied and a little oily, the rye leads with pepper and clove before caramel and vanilla round it out, finishing dry with a gentle oak grip.

Finish

Warm and spicy, fading slowly with lingering pepper and a touch of caramel sweetness.
