Nose
Sweet corn and caramel right away, then vanilla bean and a light toasted oak, with a faint dusting of cinnamon and clove in the background.
Palate
Medium-bodied and smooth, almost creamy at the entry. Caramel and vanilla lead, toasted oak and baking spice come through mid-palate, and a gentle charred note builds toward the back.
Finish
Warm and gently charred, medium length, with a soft caramel sweetness that lingers and fades cleanly.
How to serve and what to pour it with
