Nose
Caramel and vanilla lead, then toasted oak and a light rye-style spice. A little browned butter and charred barrel sweetness underneath. Straightforward and clean.
Palate
Full-bodied but rounded, not hot. Caramel and vanilla come first, then toasted oak and a gentle pepper and cinnamon spice. Sweetness stays in check, texture is soft and coating.
Finish
Warm and lingering, oak and caramel fading slowly with a soft spice tingle that hangs on.
How to serve and what to pour it with
