Jaja Tequila
Small batch tequila, poured straight from Commack since the start.
The story behind Jaja
Tequila is a protected spirit, distilled from blue Weber agave in specific regions of Mexico, and blanco is the clearest read on it: unaged, or rested only briefly, so the agave leads. Jaja is a small batch tequila label, and we have carried its blanco and anejo here at the Commack store long enough to know how the bottles behave on the shelf and in the glass. The blanco is bright and peppery, the anejo softer and rounder from time in oak.
We sell it the way we sell everything: by the bottle, with an honest answer about what is inside. If you want a clean agave pour for margaritas, the blanco does the work. If you want something to sip after dinner, the anejo earns its place. Both are real bottles from a real producer, and both are on our tequila shelf.

Which Jaja is right for you?
Jaja pricing here is straightforward. The 50mL blanco is $3.49, a cheap way to try before you commit to a full bottle. The 750mL blanco is $32.99, which is fair money for an agave forward tequila you can pour into margaritas without flinching. The anejo is $49.99, and that extra is oak time, not marketing. Buy any of the three in store or call us at (631) 343-7200 and we will set it aside.
Bright, peppery blanco that holds up against lime and orange liqueur without getting lost.
A three dollar pour to decide whether the full bottle belongs on your bar.
Oak softened agave with vanilla and cooked fruit, neat in a snifter.
Jaja cocktails and pairings
Jaja blanco wants acid and salt; the anejo wants something richer and slower.
