Nose
Fresh blue agave leads, green and slightly sweet, with lime zest and a faint white pepper lift. Clean and bright, no oak, just raw agave.
Palate
Light bodied and crisp, almost silky. Agave sweetness up front, then lemon and grapefruit pith, a soft green herb note, and a gentle peppery tingle on the mid palate.
Finish
Short and clean, with lingering white pepper and a dry citrus peel note. Inviting another sip.
How to serve and what to pour it with
