Nose
Cooked agave sweetness leads, soft and rounded, with caramel and a faint vanilla bean edge. A little toasted oak sits behind it, not sharp.
Palate
Smooth and medium full, warmer than a blanco. Cooked agave up front, then caramel and vanilla mid palate, finishing with a gentle oak spice that keeps it from feeling sweet.
Finish
Medium length, warm. Caramel and soft oak spice linger, drying slightly at the very end.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat in a small tulip glass at room temperature, or a touch below. Let it sit a minute after pouring so the oak spice opens. A splash of water softens the warmth if you want it rounder. Skip ice, it dulls the caramel.
