Nose
Ripe strawberry leads, juicy and clear, with a soft Moscato grape sweetness behind it and a faint floral lift.
Palate
Light fizz, gentle and foamy, then sweet strawberry up front, muscat grape in the middle, and a soft, rounded texture. Low acid, sweet throughout, no tannin.
Finish
Clean and sweet, short to medium, with strawberry fading slowly and a soft grape note at the end.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Chill it hard, around 40 to 45 degrees, in a white wine glass or a coupe so the fizz stays lively. No ice, it dilutes the strawberry. Pour gently down the side to keep the bubbles. Open it fresh, since the fizz fades once opened, and drink within a day or two.
