Nose

Palate
Medium to full body, round and smooth in the mouth. Blackberry and cassis hit first, cedar and mocha settle in mid palate, tannins balanced and gentle, no hard edges.
Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve around 62 to 65 degrees, slightly under room temperature, in a wide bowl so the fruit opens up. Pop and pour is fine, but give it fifteen minutes of air to soften the cedar and let the mocha come forward. A short decant helps if you have time. Skip the ice.
