How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve it at about 60 to 65 degrees, just under room temperature, in a wide Bordeaux glass so the blackberry and vanilla have room to open. If you pull it from a cool cellar, give it 20 minutes in the glass. A short decant helps if you are pouring right away. Keep it out of a hot room.
