Nose

Palate

Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at cellar temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a Bordeaux glass. Decant for an hour to let the tannins relax and the fruit open up. If you pull the cork early, give it a vigorous swirl in the glass. A short decant makes a real difference here.
