Nose

Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at cool room temperature, around 62 to 65 degrees, in a Bordeaux glass so the nose has room. Give it an hour in a decanter if you can, or pour and wait; the tannin softens and the fruit opens up. Avoid overchilling, which mutes the cassis.
