How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at cellar temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a Bordeaux glass. Decant for an hour to soften the tannins and open the mint and cedar. If you pour straight from the bottle, give it a few minutes of air in the glass. A small pour and a little patience rewards you.
