How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve slightly below room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl glass so the fruit opens up. A short decant of 15 to 20 minutes softens the tannins. No ice. If you open it young, pour and let it sit while you set the table.
