Palate

Finish
Lingers on cocoa and dark fruit, slow and warm, with a final brush of oak.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at about 60 to 65 degrees, in a Bordeaux glass with a wide bowl. Give it 30 to 45 minutes in a decanter to open the fruit and soften the oak. If you pour straight from the bottle, let the first glass sit a few minutes. A short decant makes a real difference here.
