How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at about 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl Cabernet glass. Give it 30 to 45 minutes of air in a decanter or a large pour to open the fruit and soften the oak. No ice. A practical tip: swirl and let it sit while you cook, the last glass will show more mocha and spice.
