Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at cellar temperature, around 62 to 65 degrees, in a large Burgundy glass. Decant for at least an hour, two is better if you can, to soften the tannins and open the nose. Pour a small taste first to check, then let it breathe. A wide bowl gives the tar and rose room to unfold.
