Nose
Cooked agave first, sweet and earthy, then a soft drift of vanilla and toasted oak. A faint green pepper edge keeps it lively rather than heavy.
Palate
Smooth, medium bodied, with a gentle sweetness up front. Cooked agave carries through, vanilla and light oak fill the middle, and a clean pepper spice lifts the back.
Finish
Warm and fairly clean, medium length, with soft vanilla and a last flicker of pepper fading dry.
How to serve and what to pour it with
