Nose
Fresh agave leads with a green, vegetal sweetness, then lime zest and a crack of black pepper. Clean and bright, no oak, no caramel.
Palate
Light bodied and crisp. Agave sweetness hits first, then citrus pith and a peppery tingle. Smooth texture, almost silky, with a clean, dry snap on the mid palate.
Finish
