Nose
Cooked agave sweetness rises first, then caramel and vanilla from the barrel, with a soft toasted oak edge and a faint baking spice note.
Palate
Round and slightly oily in texture, sweet cooked agave leads into caramel and vanilla, warm oak in the middle, and a gentle cinnamon-like spice on the back end. Low burn for the proof.
Finish
Lingering and smooth, with caramel and oak fading slowly and a whisper of warm spice at the very end.
How to serve and what to pour it with
