Nose
Roasted agave leads, sweet and slightly smoky, then soft caramel and a wisp of vanilla. A faint peppery tickle sits underneath.
Palate
Rounded and lightly oily in the mouth. Sweet agave up front, caramel and vanilla through the middle, then a gentle white pepper spice that keeps it from getting flabby.
Finish
Medium length, drying gently. The pepper lingers and the agave sweetness fades cleanly.
