Nose
Roasted agave leads, sweet and slightly smoky, with a wisp of vanilla and a squeeze of lime peel. A faint oak note sits underneath.
Palate
Medium-bodied and soft, almost buttery. Sweet roasted agave up front, then vanilla and a touch of citrus, finishing with a gentle peppery tingle and light oak warmth.
Finish
Smooth and clean, fading with a soft pepper glow and a whisper of vanilla. Medium length.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat in a copita or a small tumbler at room temperature to let the agave sweetness show. A single ice cube opens the vanilla and tames the pepper if you want it softer. For a highball, use plenty of ice and a grapefruit twist. Sip slowly; the gentle heat builds.
