Nose
Cooked agave up front, sweet and a little earthy, then vanilla custard and a soft caramel note, with faint toasted oak and a whisper of orange peel behind it.
Palate
Round and gently oily in the mouth. Sweet cooked agave leads, then vanilla and caramel build through the middle, warm oak spice drifting in. Soft, low bite, faint sweetness, no harsh edges.
Finish
Lingers medium long, smooth, with caramel fading into gentle oak warmth and a clean agave echo at the very end.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Pour neat at room temperature in a small tulip glass or a snifter so the vanilla and oak have somewhere to gather. One large cube is fine if you want it softer, but skip crushed ice. Let it sit a minute after pouring. Sip slowly, this is not a shot.
