Nose
Soft vanilla and toffee rise first, backed by toasted oak and a faint wisp of dried banana and brown sugar.
Palate
Medium bodied and rounded, with a light sweetness up front. Toffee and vanilla carry through, then toasted wood and a gentle tropical fruit note. Mild warmth, never hot.
Finish
Ends dry and clean with lingering oak and a whisper of caramel. Moderate length.
How to serve and what to pour it with
