Nose
Fresh grapefruit peel leads, then lime zest and a squeeze of orange, with juniper sitting quietly behind and a faint chamomile softness.
Palate
Light-bodied and silky, almost creamy in texture. Citrus comes first and bright, grapefruit and lime, then juniper firms up the middle, and a gentle floral note rounds it out.
Finish
Clean and fairly long, with lingering pink grapefruit and a soft herbal warmth that fades slowly.
How to serve and what to pour it with
