Nose
Juniper leads, clean and piney, with lemon and orange peel brightening the edges. A faint white pepper note sits underneath.
Palate
Crisp and medium bodied. Juniper stays front and center, then citrus peel flashes bright, and a soft peppery spice spreads across the tongue. Dry throughout, no sweetness.
Finish
Pepper lingers gently, with a return of citrus peel. Medium length, clean and dry.
How to serve and what to pour it with
