Nose
Elderflower leaps out first, fresh and slightly grapey, then rose petal and a cool cucumber slice. Underneath, a soft citrus lift and a hint of juniper.
Palate
Light, almost silky texture. Sweet floral notes of elderflower and rose lead, followed by cucumber and a gentle juniper backbone. Crisp acidity keeps it refreshing, with a faint sweetness on the midpalate.
Finish
Clean and smooth, with rose and cucumber lingering gently. A soft floral echo, not bitter, and just enough length to invite another sip.
How to serve and what to pour it with
