Nose
Juniper leads, clean and piney, with a bright lift of lemon zest and a faint coriander seed edge behind it.
Palate
Light bodied and brisk on the tongue, juniper stays front and center, then citrus pith and a soft peppery tingle spread across the mid palate.
Finish
Finishes dry and fairly quick, with a clean juniper echo and a last whisper of black pepper.
How to serve and what to pour it with
