Nose
Sweet cream first, then milk chocolate and a soft whiskey warmth. Vanilla and a faint caramel note sit underneath, clean and dessert-like.
Palate
Velvety and full, almost syrupy. Sweet cream and milk chocolate lead, warm Irish whiskey rises in the middle, and a gentle vanilla caramel sweetness closes. Barely boozy, more dessert than spirit.
Finish
Medium length, soft and creamy, fading on vanilla and caramel with a last whisper of warm whiskey.
How to serve and what to pour it with
