Saint Brendan's Creams
Smooth Irish cream whiskey, poured in Commack for three decades.
The story behind Saint Brendan's
Irish cream is a blended spirit, not a distilled one. Cream, Irish whiskey, sugar and chocolate and vanilla flavoring are emulsified into a stable liqueur, which is why it pours thick, keeps in the fridge and tastes like dessert with a backbone. Saint Brendan's follows that model, and the bottles we stock are the standard 375mL, 750mL and 1L sizes.
We have sold Saint Brendan's across this counter for years to customers who want a cream liqueur that leads with whiskey rather than sugar. It is a lower proof pour than straight spirits, so it drinks neat, over ice, or in coffee without overwhelming the cup. We do not publish claims about the distillery's history we cannot verify. What we can tell you is what the bottle does in the glass.

Which Saint Brendan's is right for you?
Pricing here is straightforward. The 375mL is $8.99, the 750mL is $11.99 and the 1L is $15.99, which puts the liter at the best value per ounce if you pour it regularly. Cream liqueur does not improve with age once opened, so match the size to how fast you will finish it. A half bottle suits a few coffees; the liter suits a party.
Small bottle that finishes before it fades in the fridge.
The standard size for after-dinner pours and cocktails.
Liter size keeps up when everyone wants a second glass.

Serve Saint Brendan's chilled, over a single cube, or stirred into hot coffee. It also works as a dessert pour beside chocolate.
