Palate

Finish
Long and warm. Toffee and dried fruit linger, then leather and a soft rancio echo that keeps going.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Pour neat at room temperature in a tulip glass or a small snifter, and give it ten minutes of air before the first sip. No ice, no water, this one is old enough that dilution flattens the rancio. A splash only if you must. Keep the pour small and sip slowly.
