Nose
Caramel softens first, then vanilla bean and a light toasted oak, with dried corn and a faint cinnamon edge sitting behind it.
Palate
Round and easy in the mouth, sweet caramel and vanilla lead, toasted oak and a gentle char build through the middle, warm baking spice underneath. Enough grip to hold up in a drink.
Finish
Lingers warm and gently spicy, cinnamon and dried corn fading slowly with a last trace of oak char.
How to serve and what to pour it with
