Benriach Scotch-single
Speyside single malt, small allocation, kept in Commack.
The story behind Benriach
Single malt Scotch is whisky from one distillery, made entirely from malted barley and bottled at no less than 40 percent alcohol. Speyside, the region along the River Spey in northeastern Scotland, is known for rounded, fruit-forward malts, and Benriach sits in that tradition while also bottling peated expressions under its own name.
We keep Benriach in a small corner of our Scotch shelf here in Commack, usually a bottle or two at a time. These are the kind of malts worth slowing down for, and we are glad to talk you through them at the counter.
