How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at cellar temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl Zinfandel glass so the alcohol doesn't overwhelm. No decanting needed after this many years, but a half hour open helps. Pour modestly, this is a big wine. A splash of water is fine if you want the pepper to step forward.
