Nose
Ripe raspberry leaps out first, juicy and a little candied, with a soft floral note and a faint suggestion of red cherry behind it.
Palate
Light and gently fizzy, sweet from the start. Ripe red berries fill the middle, raspberry most of all, with a softness that keeps it easy and fruit forward rather than tart.
Finish
Short and clean, the berry sweetness fading gently with a light fizz that leaves you ready for another sip.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 40 to 45 degrees, in a flute or a small wine glass. It is sweet and low in alcohol, so pour it over a couple of ice cubes in a tumbler if you want it extra refreshing. A squeeze of lime cuts the sugar nicely.
