Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve just under room temperature, around 62 to 64 degrees, in a wide Burgundy or Rioja glass so the cedar and fruit have room to open. Give it 20 to 30 minutes of air in the glass or a quick decant, since the barrel notes relax and the cherry comes forward. No ice.
