Palate

Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve slightly cool, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a small port or copita glass. No ice needed. A short decant, 20 to 30 minutes, opens the fruit and softens the grip. Pour a modest glass, this is fortified and fuller than a ruby, so a little goes a long way.
